A much loved member of Lochend Golf Club was laid to rest yesterday. Jessie Graham was a well-known and respected member who, at the age of 81, was still very active in her golf and bowling activities until she suffered a stroke from which she never recovered. Jessie's life was celebrated with a funeral and wake on Tuesday 22nd November 2011 and was very well attended. A few fine humorous tales were told and a number of drinks were toasted in Jessie's memory. Jessie, we will all remember you and the fun times with a smile.
